Before you meet your baby, there is a chapter worth remembering in pictures. I’m Valentina, the photographer behind MagicVphotos. I’ll guide you through an outdoor maternity session with simple prompts and time to feel comfortable.
We can take portraits of you, photographs with your partner or include your children. Sessions take place in Maspalomas, Playa del Inglés or Meloneras, whether you live on the island or are visiting on holiday.

A moment for you.
No posing experience needed.
I’ll help you with posture, hand placement and small movements. We can alternate portraits looking at the camera with bump details and moments together. You decide what you feel comfortable showing and how you want to remember this chapter.
When should we plan your session?
We choose a date when you would like to photograph your pregnancy and a time that feels comfortable. If you are visiting, tell me your available dates. We plan the location, walking and duration with you; you do not need to be at a particular week of pregnancy to enquire.
Little things that are already part of their story
You are welcome to bring baby booties or shoes, a printed ultrasound scan, little baby outfits or another small accessory that means something to you. We can include them in a few photographs. There is no need to buy anything for the session: we can also focus entirely on you and the people joining you.
Maternity photographs by the beach and dunes
I work outdoors. We agree a spot that suits the photographs you like and the amount of walking you feel comfortable with. Maspalomas, Playa del Inglés and Meloneras are included in every package.
Maspalomas
If you like the dune landscape, we choose a permitted spot and a suitable route. This is a protected area: not every part is accessible or available for photoshoots.
Playa del Inglés
We can plan photographs by the sea, portraits and pregnancy details. We agree the location around conditions and your preferences before confirming.
Meloneras
Another option to consider around your preferred backdrop and access. Tell me if you would like to keep walking to a minimum so we can find a suitable spot.
The photographs show previous sessions. They do not guarantee current access to a particular spot.

Sessions of one hour or longer include travel across Gran Canaria. For shorter sessions, other areas carry a supplement agreed before confirmation. Breaks, outfit changes and travel between spots are within your booked time.

You receive a private gallery to choose your favourites, usually the same day and within 24 hours. After you make your selection, the edited photographs are delivered in approximately 4 days.
You can add edited photos for €4 each. The selection gallery and the delivery gallery are each available for one month. Photographs are delivered digitally in high resolution.
Preparing for your maternity photographs
Can I come alone or with my partner and children?
Yes. You can have the session alone, with your partner or with your children. Tell me who is coming so we can plan the photographs and choose a package that fits your group size.
Can I bring things for the baby?
Of course: baby booties, shoes, a printed ultrasound scan, little dresses or other baby clothes are welcome. These are optional and we can combine them with portraits without accessories.
What should I wear?
Bring clothes you like and feel comfortable in. We can discuss colours and styles before the session. Outfit changes depend on the package and take place within your booked time.
Do I have to show my bare bump?
No. We can photograph you in the clothes you choose without uncovering your bump. We discuss your preferences so the photographs feel like you.
How do I confirm and receive the photos?
We agree availability, location and time on WhatsApp. Your booking is confirmed without a deposit and you pay on the day. Afterwards, you choose your photographs in a private gallery; edited delivery takes approximately 4 days from your selection.
